Oh-Kay every one here is the second ever Seven 11 blog hop. I am going to post seven lines from a work in progress. This is from Return to Pandora book 1 in the Pandora Series. If you read last months blog hop you were able to get a little look at what was going on. I am planning for this book to be out in November. After you are done please go and check out these other amazing authors.

We didn’t try to fight though, we were just trying get a good grasp on how to handle his mind thing. We tried this for a few hours until we just gave up and started to use our physical powers, like moving people and things. And to my surprise I was able to get him and hold him to the only tree in the yard. I held him there and tried calling on my power to control the elements. I felt the wind come and swirl around me waiting for my command on where to go next. I saw his face go from being cocky to completely surprised as he watched me have the wind carry him away. I made it swirl around the yard and I brought him high to the tops of the bushes, and back down almost touching the ground, and just when he thought I was done I made it spin super fast like he was caught in a tornado. I watched it swirl around with leaves from the bushes swirling around with it.I made it flatten out so he would slide down it and he landed with giant grin plastered on his face.

Brody (teaser)

Today something happened to me. It scared the crap out of me because I have never had this happen. Now I'm a guinea pig in some lab. There poking and prodding at me with needles and I have all types of equipment hooked up to me. As I'm lying there on the table I fight the urge to break free from my restraints.

The doctor looks at me as if hes scared I might hurt him and I don't blame him, when I felt the way my body lit up while I was fighting Kyle I knew there was something wrong but I just couldn't get myself to stop. So when I hit Kyle in the face with my fist lit up with whatever it is that was happening to me, his face burned to a crisp and he fell to the ground screaming until he died.

Everyone that watched ran away from me in fear, even I wanted to run away from myself in fear. I should be in jail, but I guess possessing weird powers to kill people is a get out of jail free card, cause here I am in a hospital run by secret government officials. I could break free and run away if I wanted to, but I want to know what is going on with me, so I stay.

I don't know how long I've been here but I woke up to find all the doctors gone. I pull at my restraints and find they are already gone. I sit up and see the doctors on the floor burned to an unrecognizable form on the floor. I look at my body and see that I'm glowing again and as I stand up, I find that I'm met by an Angel.

"Brody, it is time." Was all she said before she took my hand and wet both disappeared from the hospital.

Today is the first ever Seven 11 blog hop. what this is, is we post 7 lines from a completed book or a work in progress. I have decided to post from a work in progress, this is from Return to Pandora book 1 in the Pandora Series.

“First, what age do we live in? No one does arranged marriages anymore. Second, I refuse to marry someone I do not love and I will not marry someone old enough to be my father either. And last, how are you two going to help me defeat Christina; because from where I am standing I don’t need either one of you, all I need is Zackary and my mother. From there on out everyone else can go suck on something.” I held them all to the wall while I pulled Zack inside the house with me. After I closed the door I waited a few more seconds then released my hold on them. I heard the familiar thud as they all dropped to the porch, then I continued to walk to the kitchen to grab a drink and a snack.
